Grant R. McAdams
Mr. McAdams’ practice focuses on domestic and foreign patent drafting and prosecution, trademark prosecution, IP strategy, and overall IP development and management. Mr. McAdams’ practice also includes IP licensing, IP related due diligence, and opinion work.
Mr. McAdams has drafted and prosecuted applications for companies in all stages of their life cycle, from start-ups to well-established multinational corporations, and his technical experience ranges from medical devices to mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies. Prior to joining Levine Bagade Han, Mr. McAdams was an associate at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear.
Mr. McAdams holds a B.S. degree in biomedical engineering from Michigan Technological University and earned his J.D. degree from UCLA School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. He is a member of the state bar of California and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
